Good luck vibes needed!

Tomorrow we go for an IUI (intrauterine insemination).  We have been trying for #2 for 2 years and 2 months so we are taking the next step.  Dave has to give his “donation” at 7:15 tomorrow morning and then I come in at 8:15.  I am taking all positive thoughts/sticky vibes/crossed fingers etc.  Hopefully this does the trick for us!

Fertility update.

Today involved a fun trip to the fertility specialist!  I got to have my Hysterosalpinogram (HSG).  It’s an xray procedure performed to determine whether the fallopian tubes are open.  Dave got to give a donation as well (if you have Facebook, you know a little too well!).  It turns out I did have quite a bit of “gunk” in my tubes from the endometriosis.  I am all cleaned out now.  Now we wait until next week to get Dave’s results back.  They also wanted to get my post op report from when I had my cyst removed and take a look at that.  Once they have all that information we will meet back and go over all of it.  Keep your fingers crossed that this is all it takes!

Tyland?!?

So today I walked into the living room and there’s Ty on the computer again. Instead of getting mad and startling him, I decided to look over his shoulder and see what he was doing. Apparently he has started his own blog and plans to update it each weekday that I watch him. Quite an interesting idea. I am amazed at how good he is at typing already. Anyway, if anyone is interested in reading the daily activities of an 18 month-old, go check out his blog. Tyland

Rhiturn?

Just wanted to fill everyone in on some cool news. No, not more Harry Potter spoilers, although that was funny. Rhiannon and Ty are coming back to North Carolina to hang out until we go back to Florida, as a family this time, August 9th. Now all of you really do get to see Ty walking. In other news Harry marries Ginny and has 3 kids. *snicker*
