Week 1 (Jan. 4th-8th)

For my first week I am cooking 4 new meals!

Monday: Angel Hair with Spicy Shrimp (new)- it was a success! Very easy too.

Tuesday: Crispy Chicken Cutlets with Creamy Romaine Salad (new)- somewhat of a success, did not like the dressing and needed thinner chicken.

Wednesday: Cheesy Baked Shells and Broccoli (new)-good flavor but too runny and not good enough to attempt again!

Thursday: Baked Potato Soup- will make this weekend.

Friday: Chicken and Noodle Salad with Chili Dressing (new)-had to put off because it was too cold for cold salad!

I will update throughout the week (I decided and give my review of the dish, maybe even a picture, if it was good, I will also post the recipe).

    What a great idea! Good luck with the meal planning! I actually paid for a subscription at http://www.relishrelish.com/ to help me with my meal planning. So far it has been awesome and super easy to make their dishes.
